The Proponent seeks to redevelop the majority of an approximately three acre block
bordered by Harrison Avenue, East Dedham Street, East Canton Street, and Albany
Street (the “Project Site”). The Proposed Project includes the construction of two
new mixed-use buildings and the renovation and expansion of two existing
buildings, in total containing approximately 687 residential units,19,700 square feet
of retail/cultural space, and 76,800 square feet of office space.
